No 3D fly-thrus, No photo quality renderings, That is not the goal or purpose of my designs and drawings. Rather I concentrate on excellently designed living spaces, elevations, siting, and structure in a detailed drawing that will pass permit review and convey the construction techniques and specifications to the contractor and trades. After all is that not the real reason for a set of building plans? Whether you need plans for a new model home, custom home, townhouse, or addition, I have the experience and creativity to deliver a solid and aesthetically pleasing design. My experience in construction methods covers a wide range of materials; light frame wood, concrete masonry, foam block, solid pour concrete, timber frame, wood truss, and conventional frame. I am always willing to research a new material or method, and coordinate with suppliers and trades. My plans and designs are more than a floor plan and elevations. My plans are integrated structurally and aesthetically. My plans reflect the enviroment and setting for the project.
