Although this townhouse set was drawn under the direction and supervision of an Architect, Joseph Vislay, I was given enough freehand in the design of the floor plan and elevations that I have included it with my portfolio. The basic floor plan was presented to me for streamlining. This resulted in the laundry room being moved from the back of the guest bath to a laundry closet before the bath, and the addition of the rear balcony porch. No thought had yet been given to the front elevation. Mr. Vislay was kind enough to allow me a proposal round for the front elevation. The neo-classical facade with gables and decorative pediment at the center entrances was readily accepted.
