This ambitious townhome was designed for a local family where the parents would occupy one side and a son and his family the other. I was already familiar with the subdivision and the building lots. This allowed me to make immediate suggestions in design to best utilize the irregular shape of this site. The clients wanted comfortable size, open to below areas, fireplaces and a stunning elevation. To this I added comfortable rear porches and access to usable side yards. The last I spoke with the clients, the Bakers were quite happy with their homes and living comfortably.
