The Lepine Residence is a custom home in Palm Bay, Florida. This project gave a chance a creating a new definition of the classic Florida pool home. Utilizing both sensible elements from the past and new construction materials this home both lives graciously and withstands the furies nature may throw its way. The low pitch (4/12) roof allows for large overhangs for energy efficiency in the Florida sun. The hip roof and foam block construction create a wind resistant structural design. A large porch, easy access to the kitchen and a pool bath make outdoor living enjoyable.
