Mr. Paternoster approached me for a small addition and renovation for his home. ??? You gotta love a client with a sense of humor. The wishlist for the project kept growing as the home grew in every direction. Sited on an acre of riverfront estate property the existing home had become old, dated, and begged to be renovated. Working around a structure that had already been added on to, and existing trees the home got a new larger kitchen, dining room, veranda and sundeck, family room, larger bedrooms, and a new entry. The new garage wing provided a mud room, second stairwell, and a guest bedroom, and theater room over the three car garage. the new motor court dressed up nicely with pavers, planters and a fountain near the entry.
