Pinelands Model

1997

The Pinelands was designed for Jim Morris and Sons in 1997 for a new sub-division, Sandypines, in Palm Bay, Florida. The Pinelands was designed to make best use of Sandypines small lots (50'x100') while still delivering the amenities of a larger home. The foyer and great room live large with 10' ceilings flowing through and access to the patio or porch. The split plan provides both privacy and large bedrooms. The bedrooms' 8' ceilings create cozy personal space and help keep construction costs down. The trey ceiling in the formal dining room off the foyer lends a touch of elegance.

The Pinelands Model was designed to stand up to Florida's hurricanes by utilizing Southeast Walls' EPS foam block construction.
