This project, although frustrating in that the client, a developer-builder, could not seem to make up his mind as to exactly what he wanted, was fulfilling in that provided exercise in a coastal cottage style (yes, there are more elevations). Other difficulties included designing for a planned transition for the building from a workshop, to an office to a two-bedroom guesthouse. The end result is a charming cottage tucked into palm and pine grove on the upland side of a 1.5 acre riverfront estate in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
